1.1. Customers may request cancellation of their booking by sending an email to info@adeshwartc.com.
1.2. The cancellation request must include:
Full Name
Booking ID / Reservation Number
Travel Date
Contact Details
1.3. Cancellation requests are considered valid only after receiving confirmation from Adeshwar TC via email.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the scheduled travel/service date:
More than 30 days before travel: 100% refund (No cancellation fee)
15–30 days before travel: 75% refund
7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
If a customer fails to appear on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
4.1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
4.2. Refund processing may take 5–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
4.3. Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or third-party service fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
For peak season bookings, festival dates, customized packages, or special promotional offers, different cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
If the booking includes third-party services such as flights, hotels, transport providers, or other vendors, cancellation and refund policies of those providers will apply in addition to our policy.
Any request to modify travel dates or services is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Adeshwar TC shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen events.
