This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Adeshwartc.com.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product/service delivered is defective or damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

  • The service was not delivered as promised

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product/service.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Digital products/services once delivered or accessed

  • Items marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale”

  • Shipping charges (unless the mistake is from our side)


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Attach proof (photos/videos if product is damaged)

  4. Provide reason for refund

After reviewing your request:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank/payment provider
